RITSUMS — TERMS OF SERVICE Last updated: 4 August 2026 1. Agreement These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Ritsums, the Ritsu Management System (the "Service"), operated by Eric Daniele, trading as Owner Software, of Rueda 1805 Piso 1, Departamento 3 ("we", "us"). By accessing the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. 2. Accounts Accounts are created by invitation only. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or deactivate an account at any time, including when access is no longer authorised. 3. Acceptable use You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; attempt to access data or projects you have not been granted access to; probe, scan or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure; upload malicious code; or resell or sublicense access to the Service. 4. Your content You retain ownership of the issues, documents, files and other material you submit to the Service ("Content"). You grant us the right to host, store, process and transmit Content solely to operate and support the Service. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit the Content you upload. 5. Fees, billing and refunds Paid plans are billed in advance for the period stated at purchase and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, whose terms also apply to the transaction. Prices exclude sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable, and may change with notice taking effect at the start of the next billing period. Current pricing is published at /pricing. Refunds and cancellation are governed by /refunds. Personal data is handled as described at /privacy. 6. Availability The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any data will be preserved without loss. Scheduled maintenance and downtime may occur. 7. Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. 8. Termination You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, the right to access the Service ends; Content may be deleted after a reasonable period. 9. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. 10.
