What it is
Ritsums — the Ritsu Management System — is a web-based project and issue
tracker for software teams. You create projects, and each project gets one
issue board and one document store that everyone on the project shares.

Basic — $50 per month, per workspace

Included:
- Issue tracking, Jira style — issue boards with custom statuses, assignees,
  priorities, tags, comments, mentions and file attachments
- Projects with timelines, milestones and per-project membership
- Document storage — folders, rich-text documents and uploads per project
- Time tracking with a running timer and reports
- Meeting scheduler with Google Calendar sync
- Analytics and a dashboard overview
- Role-based access control — invite-only accounts, per-project role grants
- Email notifications and an in-app notification history

Billing
Billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled. Prices are
in US dollars and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is added at checkout
where applicable. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
